Appointments

Please call to schedule appointments during office hours. Appointments cannot be made after the office is closed and the computers are shut down.

We try to reserve a few last-minute appointments for emergencies. If you feel your problem requires an appointment sooner than one is available, leave a message so you can discuss your problem with your doctor.

Walk-in patients are not seen except in emergencies. Even then, call first if possible. We can be prepared for you if you need immediate attention on arrival, or we can tell you when you are likely to encounter the least waiting time when being worked into the schedule.

Always bring your insurance cards and a second form of identification. If there is any change in your insurance or personal information, please come fifteen minutes before your appointment to allow time for us to update our records and contact your insurance company.

If your insurance, address, phone number, next-of-kin, etc., has changed since you registered, please complete a new registration form. The doctors use these forms to contact you in case of emergencies and will not know that you gave a different phone number when you called for your appointment.

Always sign in for your visit. If you are only coming in for lab tests, let the receptionist know that it is "Lab Only," so you don't have to wait.

If this is your first visit, ask for a record release form to permit your previous doctors to send us copies of your medical records.

If you will not be able to keep an appointment, please call at least one business day in advance. Patients missing several appointments cannot be guaranteed the same priority as other patients in scheduling new appointments.
